Hi! My name is Amy Whitlock, I’m 21 years old, and I grew up right here in beautiful Southern California in a big family of ten! I have an amazing family and am grateful to say they support me 100 percent in where the Lord is leading me. I just recently graduated from Teen Challenge Ministry Institute, a 2-year ministry program, where I meet Jesus and made him the Lord of my life! I am super stoked and blessed to be a new member of the team here at Artesia Community Church! I am leading our ministry to children ages 7-11. I have seen the Lord do an amazing work in my life and I believe He wants to do a tremendous work through the lives of the Kids in our community! We are discovering new ways to reach out and build relationships with the kids in our community. One way we are doing that is through our Kingdom Kids Creative Workshop. It is held here at the church every 1st and 3rd Saturday each month. During the hour and a half that we meet we eat lunch and talk about the week, share praise reports, and then learn how to do something new and exciting (like cook, play instruments, or make cool stuff!). I look forward to serving you and your family, and hope we get to meet real soon!
On Sunday mornings Kingdom Kids is for kids ages 7-11. They are dismissed after worship for a great time of Bible stories, games, crafts, and much more!
Kingdom Kids Creative Workshop
The 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month. 12:00 noon to 1:30 pm.
During this time we enjoy a lunch together and talk about the week (praise reports) and then learn how to do something new and exciting (like cook, play instruments, or make cool stuff!).
